Rather than producing items in bulk, each satchel is crafted individually when ordered. This helps maintain quality, reduce environmental impact, and ensure every piece reflects the thoughtful design behind The Rooted Fern.
Production time is typically 5–10 business days. Once complete, your satchel will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

Once production is complete, your satchel is shipped and tracking information is provided. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
We work closely with trusted production partners to ensure every piece meets The Rooted Fern’s quality standards and arrives safely.

To be eligible for a return, the satchel must be in unused, as-new condition and returned in its original packaging.
